I could have sworn that the ECE cars had a higher compression ratio than thier US conterparts!

Hi Malc, I could be interested in the engine/gearbox. Does it come complete?, or do I have to search for parts to complete the conversion? Could you possibly find out the shipping cost to Oslo, norway?
