Underside Paint color

I am just about ready to paint the underside of my 72 cs but can find no reference to the original gray paint color. This is a polaris car, but my understanding was all the cars had the chassis painted in grey, with overspray of the body color in the fenderwells etc. Then I guess crossmembers were blacK. Not going to a museum but would like to be as correct as possible!!!!!! Paint code anyone???

While I don't know the codes I believe that they were sprayed with a grey PVC soundproofing/rust proofing (ha ha) material
