Doesn't look that good to me, look at the front panel seams and front shock towers, looks like rust just sprayed over, looks lumpy, never a good sign.

why doesn't this car have the extra amber reflectors behind the turn indicator lights? I thought all US cars had them. The VIN is a US car...so I assume they have been removed. is this popular and/or easy to do? Car claims to have been restored, so I guess they could have been filled.
