You dog!
Not nice to tease...$459 is not bad. As you told me, these are "matched" to the ECU. Colour dot. Yet some I have talked to have swapped without issues. If/when mine goes bad thats it. Might as well bite the bullet and go "stand alone" Only if originality is the goal, that person better stock up.

Gary of Autobahn Autos here in the UK refurbished mine and did a great job.

I had replacement diaphragms made myself which I provided, I have a few left so I'm happy to let you have one for yours.

He has a lovely csi he rebuilt himself, so knows e9s well.

Here's his website...

They are color coded and matched to the ECU. Is there a painted dot on it anywhere?

Being a curious sort...matched. But how is this accomplished? I am aware of an adjustment screw, tamper proof sealed, on the MAP sensor. But what procedure was used to "match" the units together...ECU and MAP? How many colour combinations? Any dot that may have been on my unit is long since gone, haven't checked at the ECU...
BTW Last time I searched for the MAP all I found was a N.I.B. unit...$700 This was for a Volvo 164 E B30 E...
