E3 Bavaria Got Hit Today - What's My Game Plan?

Hey guys,
So I've been parking my '72 E3 on the street in front of my place and somebody slid into the front indicator today. (Pics attached)

I got the guy's insurance and am wondering what I should do. This is my baby and I'm diving into a full restoration soon so I'd like to make sure it gets looked at and back to perfect.

Two questions:
Does anyone know what my best plan of action is.
What is the best shop for me to visit in SoCal to get this tuned back up and to get a little body work recommendation.

Update:
Got assessed for over $700 in Damage today! I think that's pretty awesome for a new indicator housing and a small dent in the belt line chrome!

I live in Los Angeles, does anyone know of a good shop in the LA area? I'd like to get this fully fixed up in the next are and potentially leave it for some more work.
