Instant car collection and man cave

This one came across my feed and I know this group will get a kick out of it, even if no BMW's are seen.

My ever-patient spouse will not even have a response if I share this with her, but perhaps one of you will have better luck? Lots of cars, not much house...oh and it is likely a super-fund site (for those not in the US, that is a site that was so polluted that it required government funding to clean up).

In the aerial photo, it looks like there are a lot of brown grass rectangles. My guess is some of the "better" cars were already sold off?
