Hello everyone!

I've picked up a '71 2800cs and have a couple of '73 3.0cs being picked up on Sunday! Although project cars...excited just the same! Hey, thats why we call them winter projects right?!

I was wondering if there is a disc/source available that would have a complete parts breakdown with part numbers similar to the Porsche "PET"?

Also what is the best manual? Bentley, Haynes, BMW, etc...

I have the usual patches and metal work to be completed but, since the motor is out on the first car, I thought i would start cleaning up the engine bay, make sure there are no structural surprises, replace bushings in front suspension, the gas tank goes out this weekend(been sitting).

Thanks,

Nick

The best manual is "all of them". I have four that I use for the E9, as they each contain things the others do not.

Blue Books
Haynes E3
Autobooks E3
Motorbooks E3

Had I to pick one, it would have to be the factory blue books, but there are some missing things and many coupe-specific omissions that make it less than perfect.
