Sparewheel well

Hello everybody,

I'm in need of a spare wheel well repair plate. (hope this is the correct English name).
Anybody that can tell me where to buy this in Europe?
I've already found it in the US.

OR maybe anybody knows another model that would fit (some adjustments).
