Hi Everyone,

I'm new to the group, but excited to be here. Our shop will be doing a restoration on a beautiful '72 3.0 CS. I can't tell you how excited I am about this, as I've always been a car enthusiast (specifically BMW & Porsche), and this project truly is something special. I want to ensure we get everything as perfect as possible, so I'll be sure to have some questions in the coming days. :)

Hello and welcome. You are in the right place. I look forward to following your restoration. I, too, am trying to get everything with my (slow) restoration as perfect as possible. This forum has been unbelievably helpful and supportive. Can't wait to see pics!

Thank you! I will have to ask the owner's permission to post pictures, but you can rest assured that I will if I get the OK. I will also check out the, "User Map". It could definitely come in handy. :)

Yep, the User Map etiquette requires the following information:
- Street address where this beautiful car is stored.
- Closeup photo of the Pebra keys.
- Alarm code if the location is alarmed.
- Are there any guard dogs on the premises?

Welcome!

Arde, would add a google street view, a drone video from various altitudes, and a spreadsheet of the comings and goings of the residents.
