Momo Alpina steering wheels for carb CSLs and leather bound 38cm Petri for the 2275’s. If I’m not mistaken, the late carb CSLs and the early 2275’s were both available/ produced at the same time therefore the wheels could possibly be ordered individually thus the overlap……...
Huge thanks to Jay Stratton in CA who completely refurbished my CSL steering box (2 weeks). Works and looks like new! Highly recommend him. Very fair prices for speciality jobs!

I think it’s a case of mistaken VIN swap with 2285180. Both cars were photographed at the same show. The Tiaga car is 469 (VIN plate) so the Polaris most likely is 180
Scott, these blanks are not a CSL unique feature, they are for all E9 models that don’t have 4 electric windows/ switches.
Face lift cars are considered 1974/75 cars (starting late 1973)
Hi Tim,
you‘d definitely want at least a 38cm wheel. If you are running original size tires (195/70/14) you won’t have a problem with a 38cm wheel…..with wider tires, it’s more ‘cumbersome’.
Yes, US owners in CA would or @sfdon will surely have the answer. My comment was only to help any CA owner who might be looking for a top coupe since grey imports into CA is not possible.
