    Silicon (DOT 5) Brake fluid - Pro's & Con's?

I had my leaking Brake MC rebuilt 5 or 6 mths ago and also renewed the hoses that go from the reservoir to the MC. I recently discovered that " Yes, I'm pretty sure it (hose) is suitable for Brake Fluid" does not actually mean it is, as evidenced by the brake fluid weeping through the hose and...

    123Ignition Advance/retard Curves

Yes, I will be using vacuum advance taken off the Zenith ports. My reference to retard was purely due to my Distributor having (I assume) vac advance & retard, ie 2 ports. Once I thought more I realised that the retard would go - 123 only has one port.

I recently ordered parts from W&N and added the parts to the order over a 3 day period before finalising the order. I think the 'catch' is that you have to create and log into your account and it then holds items in your Cart - for at least 3 Days anyway ;) I have previously tried to build an...

    Australian delivered cars

G'Day, I believe that air con and radios on Aust Delivered cars were dealer fitment and hence each Dealer fitted what they considered appropriate -read cost effective - to them. My 1974 CS was fitted with a Pioneer KE-4000 Radio/cassette player and I was told by the previous (20 year) owner...
