Thanks Guys, I did all the structural work, but put the car in the hands of a skilled coachbuilder, who made a new bonnet (hood) skin fitted the outer panels and gapped the car. Just finishing a few small welding jobs and the car will be ready for paint :):)

I’m trying to fire the engine up on a jig but can’t get any voltage at the injectors when cranking the engine over. i have 12V at pins 16 & 24 on the ECU plug with ignition on and main relay conneted. Earth on pin 11 from the ECU. I have connected cold start relay. TPS and injector trigger units...

Hopefully trying to get it on the road in 2021. Engine rebuilt, Gearbox rebuilt (265/6 overdrive), rear diff rebuilt, seats re-upholstered, all wood refurbished. new wiring loom. the list goes on. Just got to choose what colour to paint the car, possibly verona red

Hi, I'm also fitting the Getrag 265/6 overdrive 5 speed to my CSL. Can anyone confirm the correct Clutch kit and throw out bearing i should use with the standard flywheel?? cheers Rob

Hi Marc. Done a trial fit of my boot lid and torsion bar today and the alloy boot lid does seem to distort with the torsion bars fitted. They must be the some ones Used on the steel boot lids and have to much tension for the alloy lids. I modified mine to remove some of the pre tension, now the...

Can anyone help me with the correct dimension between the underside of the rear diff mount and the seat of the rear sub frame mount.? The blue book chassis dimensions looks like its 93mm, but the jig I have for the car has the dimension set at 103mm Regards Rob
