Looking for some guidance removing the front headliner parts of an 87 M6. I perform paintless dent repair and need to dos some research before taking on this job. The customer also wants to install a new sunroof motor when we remove the liner parts. Any advice greatly appreciated.

That's etched in the metal a bit too deep not to get a little aggressive IMO. Have you tried using a scotch bright pad that a body shop tech would use to scuff panel to prep for paint?
