With fee , this sold for about 150k aud. I know from experience, this car will need circa 220k - 250k aud spent on it , to fully restore / source all correct and required aspects of it. not clear if it is matching numbers car All RHD csl's in Aus are UK imports, as CSL was not delivered here...

I agree Rob.. A little punchier, but there is some debate on this point,, first is slightly short, but after that, it is all gravy...

My vote, as above , m30b35, getrag 265/6 (od box), with 3.46 or 3.64 final drive. From there, raab suspension. I also think a lsd is important as all other components to improve drivability fun.

Hey. Re the gauges, they are current model vdo, i think international series, off top of my head. Now swapped out for similar, but black surround, to more closely replicate the b2s

Get a 2012 landrover discovery instead. The earliest of the series 4, entry model. 2.8 lt diesel, single turbo, final run of that simple and bulletproof engine, manual seats, plus the bonus of smaller diameter brake discs, so you can fit prop offroad tyres on 16 inch rims, if you choose.
