Split in Vinyl Covering - Glove Comparment Door

There are flexible filler products available specifically for repairing padded dashes. I've had reasonable success with one, but it's a product from the UK. Then you use a dye, and apply that to the whole area. You can take an imprint of the pattern, then press that on top before it cures.

    E3 rear windscreen seal

I don't suppose anyone has one of these lying around, or knows of where I could get one ? Could probably make do with either an early or a late one. Thanks, Damien

FS E9 Stainless Steel Fuel Tank

I'm joking about expecting a free tank by the way.

FS E9 Stainless Steel Fuel Tank

Hi Chris - I'm in the UK, so none of those US market specific mods here. Unless it's the later larger capacity tank I'm guessing that both are almost the same. I'll compare depth of suction devices next time I'm in the garage.

FS E9 Stainless Steel Fuel Tank

Looking great. I have an early and late tank, I think the only difference is the hole for the suction device. I can check when I'm in my garage next, I could probably send you a template if you like. All I ask in return is a free tank.

FS E9 Stainless Steel Fuel Tank

I may be interested in one of these tanks, I'm in the UK, how much would the shipping cost ? Bear in mind that as well as the picture shown above, with the additional hole required for the suction device, there is also a ring mounted on the inside of the bottom of the tank which the suction...

Fuel tank and suction device for CSi / CSL needed in UK, or Europe even

Thanks for the response, I'm not sure about shipping costs generally for large items from Finland, from Germany it would be worth it. I'm certainly happy to pay if the final amount is reasonable. Would you also happen to have the suction device ? Many thanks, Damien

Thanks for that, just looking for the easier and cheaper option. An unexpected expense, I thought the tank was ok.

    Euro bumper bracket question

Perfect thanks for the effort @eriknetherlands, and thanks for the offer Cornishman, hopefully I’m equipped to get what I need from my seller.

    Euro bumper bracket question

Excellent @Markos. Exactly what I thought, just wanted to confirm. Many thanks @eriknetherlands. If you happen to be in the process of removing them, what would be brilliant would be to get a measurement of the length, because the guy appears to have a few which are not all the same. Markos’...

    Euro bumper bracket question

Hi All, I have been offered a pair of bumper brackets and need to know if this really is a pair, or two of the same side. In the picture it looks like there is a slight swist at the front where it attaches to the bumper, and I don’t know if this is an optical illusion, a result of damage, or by...

    WTB RHD dash parts

Yes, hopefully it will do the trick. I've got all the dash parts behind me on a shelf so I'll do a trial fit when it arrives today or tomorrow and let you all know. Your pictures and measurements were brilliant Barry, great effort there. As I mentioned, it was literally the first thing that...

    WTB RHD dash parts

Thanks again all, and a quick update. I've got the vinyl bit now. And I've found this, this first thing that came up in a Google search as it turned out... https://www.completeautomobilist.com/products/283-19mm-aluminium-strip-with-rubber-insert I'll post again when I try it out.

    WTB RHD dash parts

Excellent, very helpful guys. Wouldn't be the first last resort I've had to revert to. I've got the cowl, so that's ok. I had thought about sourcing something similar for the aluminium strip, so this gives me a bit of confidence to look into it. If I find a suitable source I'll dutifully post...
