Hi all, I am in the U.K. does anyone have the metal insert which goes into the rubber screen seal for the rear screen ? I have the left hand side so need the right hand side….or both if someone has a pair… failing that any ideas on a substitute ? Is it possible to use the e24 one somehow ?

Finally got the car, but only for the weekend...! As needs to go back to body shop this week for little bits to finish. Had a dyno test Friday/Saturday and a bit disappointed with the result. 207bhp..whilst this is the original engine it has had a complete rebuild costing quite a few quid...

almost there.... i will post some more pic and details of work carried out when i pick it up form the dyno shop tomorrow....

yes, i had the scheel seat, and they are safely in my cellar..... i just fancied the leather look so got an interior from an e24 - correct sandu. Had to take the clam shells from the back of the e24 and swap them with the clamshells from the e9

Rear seats in, fronts next..

not far away now.....newly made headlining form SMS fabric - I got my man to make 2 and I kept the old one so if anyone wants a black headliner give me a shout...

Hi All, I know that the tri, on the e9 is slightly different to the e24 - i think the e9 is more narrow than the e24 - but are they the same length ? Having taken mine off it is clear that one is narrower than the other so someone appears to have replaced in the past...
