I recently purchased a 1975 3.0 CSI and am currently restoring it. It has already been re-chromed re-painted (Baikal blue). Were the kidnies and 3.0Csi signage on trunk originally polished or matt?

Welcome to the group.
The answer is polished. I’m assuming that your 75 Coupe has the later style kidney. The pics are of a later style kidney and the 3.0 Csi badge.
We here would love to see pics and hear of your adventures and restoration progress.

Cheers

Appreciate it. Thank you.

I may have to replace my carburetors. Are they impossible to find? I'm currently based in the US.

Regarding the carburetors, I think the common/easy solution is to replace the original Zeniths with a pair of Weber downdrafts (32/36 DGEV I think). But a more thrilling, but surely less original, option is to replace the carbs and manifold with a triple Weber side draft solution. In fact, @Markos may have a whole setup available for purchase.
