OK, OK, it doesn't have stainless steel windows. A more sophisticated web-based translator (http://www.linguee.com/german-english) came up with "window regulator" for Fensterheber.

Running "Bodengruppe" through linguee gave me "floor assembly", which makes more sense than Google's "soil group"!

You can see why the E.U. is on Google's butt. Can you imagine how Google's responses to the E.U. read after they are routed through Google Translator?
