AC Fan Volume

Has anyone replaced the stock AC fan with one that puts out a higher volume of air?

My AC is ice cold, it just doesn't blow hard enough. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I drove to Colorado from Atlanta and back in June 2014. On the way home it was pretty warm in Kansas.
With extended highway driving and the fan on medium speed I had to turn the dash vents toward the roof and allow the air to circulate or my arm and the right side of my body was almost shivering.
It's the stop and go that the AC struggles with.
