Hi All
I am in the process of bringing my newly acquried 1971 2800cs back to life and wanted to know your experiences with the Carl Nelson spring set. I definitely want to have a better stance than the current high nose. My concern is the ride quality
Is the ride too harsh?
Is it much harsher than standard? or is it still a good highway cruiser?
Anyone has installed the BAVAUTO adjustable camber kit? Is it recommendable? or are standard upper strut mounts fine?

Pictures are greatly appreciated!! I will post pics of my car as soon as I figure out how to do it.
Thanks Much
Luis

Be sure your strut bearings are in good shape, if you want camber then get a fixed plate from Carl. His will get you to slightly negative instead of the positive as they were delivered. Adjustable plates are only needed on track cars.

adjustable camber won't affect your ride. it will only affect the tires from hitting fenders on coupes with lowering springs - like CN springs. but, as Chris says - they are primarily for track use. buy the CN camber plates - put them on and you will be better off for it.

will lowering springs and bilsteins for lowering springs be better than stock? duh ... of course it will. a lot better. will it be stiffer? a little. will you lose your fillings out of your teeth? no ...
