Now that I see the part numbers, each one is used with a specific housing, one also specifies an o-ring. Could one of the housings have additional sensor ports?

I see in wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Celsius that it may only connote the French version. Odd that there is such a price difference, but "the French are different" may have to explain that.
