B35 Conversion

I am about to get my 71 2800CS a B35 conversion. I am trying to make the car as close as I can get to a daily driver (I drive about 70 miles/day). Does anyone have any suggestions as to the best way to go about this? What exactly does a B35 conversion entail and how much should it cost me?
