Battery tie down clamp -is this an e9 part?

My car came with this bracket and two m6 threaded rods. As I was looking at pictures trying to figure out which surface treatment they should have, I saw no other e9 's having a similar bracket.
My parts book also show a different one; the same style as also available from Walloth and Neesch.

Is my part original e9?
If not, is the Walloth part the correct one and not repro ( I'm not fond of W&N reports, I prefer used original)

Second question series:
While looking at the parts diagram, I see also a 'spacer', no 15 in the image and on the pic shown as a white plastic block. Where is this supposed to go?

+ W-N battery hold down is correct. Be sure your battery has a flange for the bottom of the bracket to hold. Bosch batteries have the flange.
