trim pieces, driveshafts... too many new parts to remember.

Your link is to a single picture and not your album (at least for me). I am surprised one of our members didn't already call you out for this great omission! LOL

Since your label at the bottom of the pics didn't change when you demonstrated the 4 cylinder stuff I must ask on the 2000CS (?) is there an interior available?

Cheers and good job...A realistic fear I have about buying these cars is the veritable BMW scrapyard that always follows the purchase...this fact should tell us something about the car's history but are we listening to logic?

lol!

You can assure yourself of one thing...at least he had good taste in the beer he drank or gave away to all those that helped him work on the car? I also thought that perhaps you might convince the guru of all things e9 and e3 (Murray Fowler) to just pack it in and move to Florida where you and he can spend countless hours/days/weeks going thru the parts (although it might take many years) and the experience might be well worth the effort!

lol!

See how this process works? You may begin innocently enough with one car and by the time you pass away there's so much left over that your 'heirs' can't fathom what's there because of all the 'parts' cars that came along after... All the 4cylinder stuff is obviously not e9 so separating those from the six cylinder might be a good way to begin...Welcome to the world of self-restoration!

Cheers!

actually the previous owner is still around...

and the 2 liter engines came from racing projects as well as the csi parts.
see... when the csl got prepped for racing all the stock parts had to go.
jack and phil are two guys that keep everything...
when i got the 2800cs it came with a racing shop full of spare parts.
and i am still clueless as to what many of them actually are...lol

Hi,

I am looking for the hood and trunk roundels. The old style not the newer. If you have any in that basket of goodies. Please let me know!

thanks,
Dennis

Was that an oil cooler I saw go by? Do you have the oil filter adapter that connects up to it? And are the header pipes (the pair) for a four or six cylinder?
