Assume you mean the interior door panels?
If you want to retain the original method you can get the plastic receptors that fit in the hole in the metal door frame and the "pins" that attach to the door card
If the bottom of the door card is rotten and or damaged you would be better off making a new door card out of fibre board (also known as masonite) . you can carefully take the old one apart and use it as a pattern and rebuild

on second thoughts if you not that bothered you can do wonders with a hot glue gun

The plastic receptors that Malc refers to don't seem to be available any more, the part number if you are interested is 51411802258. The pins that attach to the door card look like they have been updated - the new ones are green and seem to be a little wider perhaps to make up for the receptors, the part number for those is 51411870718. I have also noticed that my door cards had deteriorated and several pins would not stay attached to the card.

Problem of loose door panel clips--3 contributing factors

1) PO removed vapor barrier and then did not replace it on the inner door frame
2) then--when car is in rain--water will go down side glass inside door and will wet the pressed paper door panel backing and break it down
3) or--use of hose stream on side of car will do same panel damage--and puddle inside door bottom as well--a bad place to get rust started.

BTW--never take a Coupe through a car wash!!

The cure--if backing is not too damaged: brush or spray the entire backside of the door panel with clear POR-15 or other impervious type moisture barrier coating--this will provide an absolute barrier and preserve the original door panel backing. Of course avoiding #2,3 & BTW will be a big help as well.
