I have looked and looked. Maybe I am not looking in the right place. I could patch what I have, but I would really like to get new floor pans. Does anybody know where I can get some? Or know of any parts cars with good ones they would sell me?

Thanks,

Allan

Handmade floor pans

Made my own yesterday as I wasn't that impressed with what's available in the UK. I wanted them to have the plug in the centre.

I copied replacements that had been fitted to my car, a CSI, but had rusted (not treated properly)

Looking at some originals, the beading should have joined the plug recess. I'm going to redo my jig to extend the beading.

I made the plugs separate as I wanted them to look as original as possible and welded them in. Took about 4 hours to make not including the jig.

I have 2 other cars, a CSA and a CSL and will no doubt end up owning more wrecks in the future!

As they say "Where there's a will there's a way" With our cars, rust WILL get in the WAY!!!!

Good luck whether you decide to buy or make your own.

Regards, Peter.

Nice Peter. Mine are only rusted arod the edges where they curve upwards. The sound deadening did a very good job of protecting the pan itself.
