I've just seen "The Best Offer" with Geoffrey Rush and a heartbreakingly beautiful Silvia Hoeks. Exquisitely shot using the Arri Alexa Studio digital camera. The advance of digital cinemaphotography is surely calling the end of film in movies.

A Baikal E9 makes an appearance in several scenes. Unfortunately the car isn't featured to any significant degree, but it's there and obvious to those of us who know.

Anyone know of any other movies featuring E9s?

"Fractured" with Anthony Hopkins at his evil best. Malaga e9 belongs to Ryan Gosling.

A Man and a Woman; with Andy Garcia, pre-surgically altered Meg Ryan, and an un-altered Polaris 74.

There's a polaris E9 making a brief cameo in the great and nerdy biopic 'Pirates of Silicon Valley'

(url takes you right to the point where the car appears ... You may need to reload it if it takes you to an ad first. Thinking about it, it's really not worth clicking the link. honestly, it's there.)

That is horrifying seeing the CS in the snow in Bridget Jones's Diary.

Not anymore horrifying than actually watching that movie.

Only a major player in two films?? This just confirms the lack of taste in Hollywood and the current state of films. Hurray for "Fracture".

Nice find! Proof that clear sidemarkers were a factory option. :D Must be italian-spec.

Good spotting Markos. I still go back and forth with my Polaris Italian delivery CS. Suggestions welcome.

Opening of "All the Money in the World" I think. If not, lots of other great cars.
