Hi Folks,

I am a member of an exclusive and relatively unknown shopping club. It goes by the name of Costco. If you happen to have dial-up and Netscape Navigator, this club has a presence on the world wide web by way of http://www.costco.com.

This club is offering car covers for $99 ($110 after tax/shipping). I’ll admit that this deal has been going on for a few weeks. I finally ordered mine today. I opted for no mirror pockets since it getting the mirror location correct is a crapshoot.

I’ve read veg good reviews about this brand of cover. They even make them for OEM’s. With that said, it is my opinion that no car cover will last more than 12 months in direct sun and rain.

Good luck!

No idea. If I get off my butt I won’t need it. :)

In the "Better late than never" category, I ordered this cover and here is how it fits. Overall I rate it as "fairly decent". It fits ok. It seems to be only one layer thick and useful for keeping morning wetness out if you keep the car outside. For a hundred bucks it is money correctly spent.

Your looks like it fits better than mine. I could stand to put a little effort into straightening mine, but I agree on the assessment of “fairly decent”.

The satellite foil finish is a little much with my garage lights on.

Is that really the same cover?

I don’t know. Mine is pretty terrible honestly.
The car is in the garage so it doesn’t really matter. I would be more annoyed if it was outside.

I have a v-shaped cut in the fabric on both sides, starting at the top of the door glass directly above the door handle. Do you have that? I wonder if they applied the logo to the wrong end of the car, or gave me the wrong cover.

Markos, i think based on Bo's pic ... they sent you a cover for a ford torino or something. doesn't look like it belongs on a coupe.
