Is this just the T-bolts? or does it include the nuts? How many in the bag? How much?

The bag includes the T-bolt, nut, rubber washer/grommet and small washer. I bought the entire set for a restoration project that never happened. How Much? I am open to serious offers..I know they were pretty expensive when I bought them
