We'll see if I ever hear back. I asked them for some sort of BoS or affidavit of abandonment. Definitely getting it checked and researching Texas abandoned vehicle law if they get back to me. "No judge, he didn't tell me his brother stripped & abandoned it after pulling the plates and VIN. Why do you ask?"
