They need to be recovered, but may be okay as is with a little cleaning. I have had really good luck cleaning the worst stains on my interiors with Folex that you can get at Home Depot or some Ace Hardware stores. Price is $550, and I will ship at your expense. It appears the one seat has the mounts for a coupe, but the other seat will need to have the mounts duplicated. I had a set of these in my CSL and they were really comfortable!
