@deQuincey doesn’t disclose his asking prices publicly. It is not a forum requirement. Shoot him a PM.

Posting the asking price publicly helps others know what items are going for unless the asking price is very high.

FYI - I have removed postings from this thread that were related to another member's FS thread.

Just curious...were the ends straightened before chroming, or was this piece never installed? (the end tabs that bend around the actual bumper). I have only seen them in used condition, with the bends already in place...de Q always has great items, by the way.

If someone  were to make reproductions of this part:
    • what is a fair price? $100.00
    • who would want to buy one (need numbers of buyers to get an idea of volumr)

its a good + worthwhile idea. i have a NOS one (thanks deQ). i already sold my old one to a forum member. it is hard to find a decent used one and they can't be difficult to make. i think last price on one (that i saw) was $75 for a new one plus shipping. that's been a few years. face it, BMW has gone NLA on the entire rear bumper metal. yet another reason to use a 3rd brakelight (thanks Andrew - shameless plug for another NLA forum member made part)
