Hiya everyone. Still working on putting my 2000CS together and I'm having a bit of a hard time putting the prop rod on the hood. The rod itself has a pair of torsion springs running inside of it that I assume assist with lifting the hood or locking out the arms. The mounts that attach the rod to the hood on my car are twisted at different angles but seem to be under equal amounts of spring tension. Should I twist one into place and mount it up or is something improperly assembled. I can provide pics if it would help anyone. Thanks in advance.
