There are 2 keys, one for ignition & door locks another for the trunk

Interesting because my 72 Bavaria has one key for all and I am only the second owner and the first owner kept it totally original. Also, my E9 came to me with one key that fit only one door and ignition but also fit the trunk. SM Lock redid the other door lock and said two of the tumblers were reversed. Hence, always thought one key for all for the E9.
