The registry shows a couple entries saying that it was "seen in ad", entered 2013 and 2015. Doesn't help much.

Chris?

Tim, the only references to your old coupe in the CS Register are from you, I don't see any activity after.

I am looking for mine too.....I bought it in 1981 and sold in 1984. It was in the South of England, car was a `74 3.0 CSA in Turkis reg # GJD 629N. According to the DVLA was last taxed in 1992 so I guess there is little hope.....

Can't you do a search of current license plates in the UK to check ownership?

Roundel, I think you should get Jeremy Clarkson involved in this. He is always hungry for a classic car story, especially if you can turn it into some sort of a race :D. Good luck!

there is always hope, I have several cars that have been off the road for over 30 years, 1968 Mk2 Jaguar taken off the road in 1979, 1964 Austin Cambridge last Mot'd in 1984 and a 1971 E9 last used in the 90's...still they turn up, none would have shown up on a DVLA search as they were on old blue V5's and I think those records are archived, Pat

Not possible to find the owner via the DVLA, its all a secret...?? However they do have their uses....I asked them to supply full ownership history for my 2002 ti and I think for a sum of £5 many weeks later I received scans of all of it ownership history from when it was sold new in 1970 !!
