Hi Folks, I have a pretty cool e3 I've decided to part with; it's a3.0si FI with a 4-speed and was running- though not too well- when I parked her in a sealed garage about 6 months ago. The car has some rust though not in the rockers, mostly along the fenders, hood, trunk but repairable and I also have a parts car. I have both the thick and chrome bumper sets though the rubber on the thick bumpers isn't the best (the accordions). As an Si it has all the options including ac, ... and I have some extra fenders and doors and a bunch of various parts I've collected over the last 18 months or so. I thought I'd have time to work on the old girl but I just don't. My 3.0cs (or 3.5 CSI) is whining for attention as are other things in my life so I'm really trying to slim things down. This is a totally restore-able car and I have done allot of tune up work including water pump, hoses, new injectors, all new fuel hoses, rebuilt braking system- I think it has a limited slip diff. It has Bilstein shocks although I'm not sure of the age of them. I'd like to get 3K for the car with everything- including 4 brand new tires, mounted and balanced.

I won't part out the car and I hope the purchaser won't either. To be sure it's a project but the parts are there. There are lots of small rust holes in the body but the wood is excellent and the interior is complete- there are cracks in the dash so you can see some of the work I have completed below. Please feel free to ask any questions. Also if someone wants it they'll have to arrange for transportation. It can be shipped as a running car but it needs to be gone through to make it roadworthy.

Nice Peter - you always seem to have a full garage. What exactly does 'semi-beloved' mean? Is that like half-assed? Or you love it but not enough to go through the pain of making it right? If that's the case there are a lot of semi-(fill in the blank) vintage BMWs out there!
Har!
