Ahh it’s a Personal steering wheel. Probably a 390mm. Looks like you have a solid Personal/Nardi hub on it. The hub is worth $100 - $150 stand alone. Fair price IMO.

Hans sold the same with sans hub but in very nice condition for $300 a few years back. So with yours you get the period hub, a nice horn button, and a wheel that has some wear for $300. I think your price is fair.
