Check the top two spokes for bends at the largest hole. They show signs, at least from the pics. A petri is made from steel. You can just stick it in a smooth-jawed vise and squeeze it straight. You can do that with an aluminum wheel but a bent aluminum wheel will have lost some strength. I wouldn't worry a bit about a steel wheel, other than it takes a lot of force to bend a Petri.
