Although right side towards the rear next to the washer bottle...is that a weld line? If so, supposed to be there? Not sure why they didn't paint the insulation. Guess that makes it easier to remove then.

Looks like a decent car. Old BWA wheels. Maybe the seller would take less if you let him keep the fog lights because he sure seems to like 'em.

What is the deal with New Jersey as the location? The Tag reads New Jersey too. Amercian Flag on the wall? Makes it seems as if this is a dealer in the US.

It's possible it's a scam posting. When the listing and the photos don't match up, that should be a red flag.

Possible but not in this case. The car is at Wolfgang's Inc. in NJ. They intentionall listed it in Germany. I called the number on the window:
