Northwest Coupe run via Coupeville, WA

The weather has been sunny for the last week (typical for the NW ;)), so we managed to assemble eight coupes yesterday for a ~200 mile drive up one of Puget Sound's islands and other coastal roads. Some pics below.

yes it was a great day, and for those with a keen eye you'll see we did actually stop for lunch in Coupeville.

Drive to Coupeville

Nice pictures Sven and a fun day, nice meeting some new E9 enthusiasts. As somebody who was not born here, when I heard we were going to "Coupeville" I thought people were jesting with me:)

i'm not actually sure that i could drive across it - looks like a 2 lane bridge. the only positive thing is that it appears to be a level crossing (no big ramp up / down).

Great weather, great cars and great people

I think I spent the better part of eight hours in the coupe, with plenty of stops along the way. Best eight hours I've spent in a long time. Thanks to Pete for hosting the launch and Pete and Michael for coffee and pastries.
