Plastic model kit

My son says if I find one he'll put it together for me.Any suggestions where to find one?

I have seen a few come and go on Ebay. Prices range wildly depending on the kit: $20-100+ (USD). But then, if you find a nice 30 year old rare model w/ an unopenned box, is it better to leave it unopenned or build it..... :roll:

I 'almost' had a rare the green Alpina Gp2 "Grosser Beer" model, anyone here snag it, did ya build it or....

Indeed, Ebay is the only place I've seen them. Everything else is a die-cast model.

just found one, search under BMW CSL....and the box has already been openned :wink:

I purchased one off of EBAY.
It was a bat. $35.
Was built and is adorning a corner cabinet in Denver. Painted a light metallic green, very close to some pic's seen on this site.
