Hi I just purchased an ENGINE COMPARTMENT light from the 50s that has clamps to hook up to the
battery with 18w bulb. Would like to know if anyone has ever seen one. Looks like a miniature drop light.

as always pics help identifying what you have there, otherwise it is extremely difficult to assess, IMHO

this is a Kaco light portable for inspection and so on, no batt clamps but cigar lighter connector
