The hoop, the cover and the rubber block are all ‘handed’ meaning they are unique left vs. right. I would have thought the cover and hoop were identical.
I measured the holes and they are identical spacing on the rubber covers and I cannot see any difference in the end curvatures??? The hoops don't have part numbers I can't find, was concerned that they may have an orientation issue. Now these were taken off the car about 20 years ago so I guess I'll have to take the bumper and see how lines up to determine the fits. But Thanks!
I don’t think it matters with the covers and I can’t believe the hoops are unique, just make sure when mounted they are parallel to the ground and not pointing up or down.
