Red interior

I don't know the exact number, but if I had to guess it would be four. I have several of the paint/interior catalogs and most don't show red in several of them including the 1970 and the 1974 catalog. To rattle them off, I would guess the dark red leather as seen from the brochure below. The very early 2000C vinyl. I think there is also a cherry red color in leather, and vinyl/velour (see below).
To answer your question about the car sold on BAT, it looks like some custom red leather with a pinkish hue.

I think 'aftermarket' leather or vinyl. Maybe 'redyed' with girlfriends lipstick tube!!

I would concur that the BaT car interior does not look like anything originally offered.
ah, the pinkish hue :
World upholstery lists three reds: red, classic red, and cardinal red (lightest to darkest). I have cardinal red which is blood red in color.

I am fourth after Don, Markos and Autokunst about the red leather in Don's pictured coupe. Subtle, deep, rich.
Drew called me from the ISS while I was working on that car. He spent a while chatting with Peter and I and getting caught up on the coupe world.
