service after the sale !!!

hey everyone, its been a while since I have posted anything but I wanted you all to know about the incredible service I received from Coupeking and Don Lawrence...I bought my coupe a year ago form Peter and Eric.....had some problems with delivery but that's for some other time. In any case the car wasn't running well ...number of mechanical issues that I think were related to whatever happened when the car disappeared for 17 days during transit. I made a call to Eric and explained as best I could what the issues were, Much to my grateful surprise, he and his Father (Peter) sent "the wrench from the west " Don Lawrence to my house for 4 days to work on my coupe !!! Holy smoke, who dose that ?? The car runs perfect !! But the real issue is the fact that coupeking stepped up to the [late and spent their own money to make me happy...... I`m not sure if this is what we are used to but as the owner of 3 other newer BMW`s I have never seen this type of service....my hat is off to all 3 of these guys !!
 
Don travelled to the East Coast to fix it up. Peter always stands behind his work and you won't find a better wrench than Don.

I went to visit Peter and Erik last weekend. After I left I called my wife and told her I was quitting my job (and she her practice) because we were moving to Long Beach so I could intern at Coupe King. She said ok, but only if the parts are free because we may come out ahead on the deal! These are two very gracious people and although I've seen some negative feedback about their prices, their is no questioning the service. I only wish my car was closer so I could have them install the 3.5/5 spd in mine sooner rather than later.
