If the center hub is not removable than it is e21, you remove the roundel to access the nut. On the US e3 and e9, the whole soft hub cover detaches. Otherwise they are identical. I can’t remember if the e21 wheel has a fixed plastic turn signal tab on the left side.

Uk late model e3 and e9.
As has been previously stated the whole of the foam pad detatches to access the nut.

My 74 e9 has this wheel. Original to the car and leather wrapped.

It looks to have no cracks? I might be interested for my 2002.
Chris,

It's available here

He's asking 150 euro for the wheel, but if you ask for his best price you can have it for 130 euro.
He's from Belgium, but I don't know if he wants to send to the US.

Could be. I always thought is was real. Treated it with leather conditioner years ago.

The 3.3 li has this wheel with factory leather. Something I learned to too long ago from @kkro here:

Interesting. My 72 US E9 came with the non removable center section. PO may have installed it? The car was original in every other aspect. Weird.

150€ Seem pretty fair to me. If it was a a four spoke e12 wheel or an e24 “uterus” wheel I would feel differently.
