Hi there,
I recently converted my E3 from automatic to a manual box.
For this project I acquired a lot of stuff and now that I am finished I still have a lot left over.
I initially went to a four speed, and later upgraded to a 5-speed.
What I have left is the following:
All that is missing for a complete conversion is a prise-axle bearing (cheap!), and a clutchpedal and mastercylinder. I have used a spare brakepedal as clutchpedal. That works and fits fine if you trim the pedal so its a bit narrower.

What I have left is the following:
- ZF 1253 4-speed transmission. Its in need of a new layshaftbearing, since its a bit noisy, but it runs fine. (I drove it for a few months)
- Bellhouse
- Driveshaft ==> This is New-old-stock. In realy good condition! (the shorter 4-speed needs a longer driveshaft)
- Flywheel and clutch assembly.
- Clutchplate ==> original BMW and unused.
- For an E3 a dashunit without the autobox indication lamps.
- Clutch cylinder.
- Support for gearbox.
