Tranny Automatic Netual Safety Switch

I wire the relay according to the wiring diagram:
Red - 30 to fuse box
Blk/Br - to 85
Blk 2.5 - to 87
Blk .75 - to 86

Cut the wire from ignition to starter,
Connect 86 to ignition side
Connect 87 to starter side

NOW, it works in opposite, starts on gears but no start on Park or Neutral!

What am I doing wrong?

Sounds like your gear selector switch is bad.
You should get a ground signal at pin 85 (brown/Black) when in neutral or park.

You mean the triangular one? I have a new one from a later model that has a longer cable, gusseing it was coming to the cabin. Wrong end though. I'll have to modify and see if it works. Otherwise, I'll take you up on your offer, but not to Tehran since we are on the shit list (sorry for the language)., but Paris maybe.
