Does anyone have a spare copy of the above or know where I can obtain one ?. A quick online search (in the UK) only brings up copies costing in the region of £150 from the US. Anyone in the States have a spare for a reasonable price ?.

How old is the book? If you find one, I'd buy a reasonably priced .pdf of it if it's not go-to-jail-copyright.

I think the latest edition was 1982 but could be wrong.

He only had one copy for sale unfortunately. There are people selling pdf versions if you're looking for one.
