Can anyone identify these brackets and where they are used- Please?

Those definitely look hand-made. Angle grinder marks in the metal. Uneven drilling if the ovals, and adhesive cork padding. My guess would be something for the interior due to the padding.

As above, or a cable/pipe carrier? Where did you take them off from pick an?
I took them off 25 years ago so sorry I don't recall the location. Must be something hand made for a specif reason Thanks for your replies.
